"We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again."

The room itself looked nice overall however there were some issues that made it a step down for us. The room was not very clean and we located bugs throughout the kitchen and in the cabinets. The shower head was broken so it only provided a full stream of pressure. The showers also even though warm would never get “hot”. Beach towels were supposed to be provided but were not provided until...

"Beautiful location. Lots of activity, but also very peaceful. Chickens, lizards, pool, walking paths - all so amazing! Property itself is older, but updated. Owners provided perfect info and very responsive. Parking lot roads are awful with giant potholes."

"St Thomas Margaritaville is the original. Its showing a liitle of its age but the resort is still an amazing place. Things close down early so if you’re a night owl like me, make sure your room is stocked. Shuttle drives are great. Entire staff is pretty great actually. Had a wonderful time. "The amenities are really good however the functionality of the room was sub par. We transferred to another room which was ok. The hassle of transferring was a bit much after they couldn’t fix a problem they knew existed prior to the stay. Staff was lovely and food was great."
